Akanishtha Fund ("we," "us") operates akanishtha.fund. This page explains what information we collect when you visit this site or use the sign-up form, and how it's handled.
If you submit the sign-up form, we collect the email address you provide. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or any other personal detail unless you send it to us directly by email.
Our hosting and form providers automatically log standard technical information — your IP address and browser user agent — as part of operating the site and relaying form submissions. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.
We use the email address you submit to contact you about Akanishtha Fund — to follow up on your interest, share updates, or discuss a potential opportunity to work together. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a
single flag in localStorage that records you've seen our cookie notice, so it isn't shown
to you again. It contains no personal information and is never sent to our servers.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and the sign-up form is relayed through Web3Forms, which transmits your submitted email to us and is bound by its own privacy policy. We don't use any other third-party service to process visitor data.
We retain sign-up emails for as long as we might reasonably follow up with you, and delete them on request (see Contact, below).
